The Melbourne local released his debut EP Drip Dry in 2014. After releasing the EP, he travelled to to the very beautiful Portland in Oregon to source writing inspiration for his new material. The result of his adventures included the creation of 'Watch The River'.
The indie pop track features sounds inspired by classic Nineties indie rock. The shimmering guitars are lush as Jack's vocals remain raw. The overall mood of the track is laid-back, and it's a must for any lazy Sunday playlist. It was produced by fellow Melbournian Matik. The music video features a range of different visuals including a few interpretive dancers as well as Jack playing the guitar alongside a band. The video was directed by Josh Harris.
'Watch The River' is set to appear on his forthcoming second EP due to be released soon. You can also catch him on the road at Ding Dong Lounge in Early June where he will be celebrating the release of the EP.
