North Arm release new single 'Careless' from their upcoming LP

Monday, May 18, 2015

With the release of their debut full length album fast approaching this year, North Arm have released a taste with their new single 'Careless'.

2013 saw them burst their way onto the scene with the release of their debut EP 'Through Lines'. The following year saw them launch their sophomore EP, 'Life Cycles'. At the heart of their release featured subconscious inspiration from 80s Australian Indie bands such as The Church and The Go Betweeners.

The mellow and subdued nature of 'Careless' evokes nostalgic feels of the warmer months. The vocals of Roderick Smith are hazy - but defeinetly not in a negative fashion. Instead the muzzy vocals compliment the nebulous guitar riffs well.
