Sydney's Little May has released 'Home' from their forthcoming debut album due for release later this year. After spending a significant part of the past twelve months abroad, the trio featuring Annie Hamilton, Liz Drummond and Hannah Field, continue to play sold out shows across Australia, as well as in UK, Europe, and in the US.
Their new track 'Home' was recorded and produced by Aaron Brooking Dessner of The National at Future Past Studios in upstate New York. In a statement, the trio said, "Home’ was one of the first songs we recorded with Aaron. It's an old song, revisited. It had been written three years prior, from a place where a sense of belonging was being constantly chased. I think we will always associate this song, and this whole album, with Hudson and the time we all spent there."
With their fast growing legion of fans, especially after the release of their debut EP late last year, they are on the rise. They've acquired over one million Soundcloud plays, three million Spotify streams, and have topped the Hype Machine charts three times. Little May have also been receiving radio play on Triple J, community Radio, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, XFM, and Amazing Radio.
