Huntly's new track 'We Made It' opens up hauntingly with crooning that is reminiscent of echoes. From the moment you press play, you can feel the sensual energy that possesses the track. The vocals of Elly Scrine are smooth and her voice drifts over the intricate and intriguing layering of the production. At around the 2:50 minute mark, the track turns into a slow-rave of sorts. Huntly have done an incredible job in infusing different and complex sounds that marry up to become pure magic.
The trio of friends from Melbourne have previously supported the likes of Japanese Wallpaper, Oscar Key Sung, and Andres Fox. They also have an EP that is set to be released next month entitled Feel Better or Stop Trying. You can catch Huntly at the Gasometer on April 14th where they are set to launch 'We Made It'. They will be supported by Modegreen, Corin, and Squidgenini.
