Last month, Adrianne Lenker (of Big Thief) shared her heartfelt single 'cradle' and the intimacy of the single will leave you mesmerised. 'cradle' is set to appear on her forthcoming solo album abysskiss, which is due for release on 5th October.
The delicate track features poetic lyrics that are surrounded by a weight of moving emotions, especially in the chorus: "Baby, you're still too proud to come down / Maybe I'm still too loud to hear / All the waves ascend and disappear". 'cradle' features a winding guitar that adds to the contemplative nature of the track.
