Nashville-based singer/songwriter Daniella Mason released her EP Emotional State earlier this month and though the entire EP is astounding, 'Emotional Rollercoaster' has left us hypnotized. The EP is part of four-part series, which will include upcoming EPs Physical State, Mental State, and Spiritual State — overall giving listeners her take on different aspects of our humanity.
'Emotional Rollercoaster' is an absorbing release that will consume your body and soul. The electronic production features intriguing percussion work and the combination of this and her delectable vocals is a match made in heaven. Words such as "Am I going mad and no one ever told me so / I think I'm going mad and some would say they told me so" particularly stand-out and throughout 'Emotional Rollercoaster', she's able to capture the highs-and-lows of life and the emotional after-effects of these powerful feelings.
With more music by Daniella Mason coming soon, we can't wait to see what magical sounds she has in the works.
