Today, we're excited to bring you BOLEYN's single ‘The Revisionist’. The single is a sneaky taste of the up-and-comer's debut seven-track EP Speaking Out of Turn. The track also features production work by emerging production duo Clockwork Odyssey, who you might have heard on tunes by Can Okan and YIBBY.
‘The Revisionist’ explores the breakdown of a relationship. On the track, Brent Alex (aka BOLEYN) said. "There’s nothing complex about the death of a meaningless relationship. But we did mean something. And that’s a lot harder to process, a lot harder to sift through the rumble and reconcile the feelings you once had with the feelings you have now."
The track extends out of genre barriers and is more driven by emotion and the passion behind BOLEYN's heated lyrics.
