London's Holly Walker closed out 2018 in a huge way by releasing her dazzling single 'Straight Line'. It doesn't stop there for Holly and we look forward to hearing what she has in-store for 2019. But, until then, she's rounded up a few of her favourite tunes for us in our latest edition of 'What Song...'.

What song reminds you of your youth?
‘Saturday Night’ by Whigfield
The indestructible ‘Saturday Night’ by Whigfield. That song blew the lid off at school discos throughout the 90s.

What song do you have on repeat right now?
'Breathe Life' by Gwilym Gold
I saw him play a show recently at Laylow in London and have had his album on repeat ever since - impeccable songwriting.

What song reminds you of your last holiday?
'Valerie' by Amy Winehouse
Last time I had a proper holiday I went to Finland with some friends and we wrote a birthday version of 'Valerie' by Amy Winehouse for our friend Veera and called it Veera-ie. So that!

What song made you cry last?
'Missing U' by Robyn
It was Robyn's 'Missing U'. I caught it on Jools Holland when I happened to be missing someone very much and it just got me. She’s such a good pop writer — undeniable emotion in her songs.

What song would you love to cover live?
'Good Stuff' by Kelis
I want to do Kelis' 'Good Stuff'. Effortless banger.

What song has been the best track of the last year?
'Pat Earrings' by Casisdead
Discovered him recently. His lyrics are absolutely fire.
