Swedish dream-pop trio ViVii has unveiled their enchanting new single ‘And Tragic’. The track is a taste of what they have in store for their debut album, which you’ll be able to finally hear on March 15th.
Home to heavenly vocal harmonies, ‘And Tragic’ is a soaring number that will leave you captivated after one listen. The track has many intricate layers, and each works to showcase the beauty of their sound. The percussion on ‘And Tragic’ is both delicate and arresting. Amongst the sea of beautiful sounds is an utterly charming winding guitar.
The process of creating the single was natural according to the trio, “We had an idea about what this song was going to be about, but under the process, it all changed and the song took its own turn. I guess that's how we like to write music, to let the song happen and to let the music have its own way”.
Along with the release of the album in March, ViVii is also set to showcase at this year’s SXSW in Austin.
