We’re excited to have stumbled across up-and-coming Icelandic pop artist Glowie, who recently shared her piercing new single ‘Cruel’.
The Reykjavik-based artist soars on 'Cruel', with the track bringing comfort to anyone feeling down or enduring a tough moment in their lives. Her words on the track are firm and fierce, “I'm so tired of drinking in your bitterness / And it feels so good to call you on your ignorance”. Along with being the badass anthem we all need, ‘Cruel’ is a slice of pop perfection with stunning arrangements and heavenly vocals to match.
Glowie is the Icelandic pop queen we’re all going to be talking about this year, and we can’t wait to hear more from her.
