London-based band Weird Milk will have you grooving into the weekend with their buoyant new tune ‘Anything You Want’. Their new single follows in the footsteps of ‘Better’ last year and is an enticing taste of what they have cooking up for 2019.
On ‘Anything You Want’, the band said, “The aim was to create a song of upbeat pop structure that sounded expansive and punchy in terms of production. With the verse lyrics matching this feel with the idea of being able to have anything you want, juxtaposed with a repeating chorus of being at home and sleeping all weekend, these two notions act almost as a conversation of call and response.”
‘Anything You Want’ would be a fitting addition to anyone’s lazy weekend playlist. Through the use of warm guitars, catchy lyrics and an infectious energy, they’ve crafted the perfect pop song.
