With the release of their highly anticipated debut album The Dots due this Friday (May 3rd), South London art-pop group ALASKALASKA have revealed another cut from the album with 'Tough Love'. Along with the track, they've shared the music video, which was created by animator Callum Scott-Dyson.
The enticing and hallucinogenic visuals are a depiction of the track's enigmatic nature. On the video, animator Callum Scott-Dyson said, "I didn't think having abstract patterns and things would suffice. So something of a loose structure began to build, based on someone being captured and their thoughts and feelings being harvested into seeds. It went in more of a sci-fi based direction but all done in very loose, obscure ways."
We're all in store for a treat on Friday when The Dots is released, but until then, you can devour 'Tough Love' below.
