Now Playing: Dude York – 'Falling'

Friday, May 10, 2019

Seattle's Dude York has unveiled their brand new single 'Falling', which is also the title track to their upcoming album. The album is due for release on July 26th via Hardly Art.

The track dives into new and unexpected love, Claire England of Dude York sings on 'Falling', "I was starting to think that it would be when passion lines up with practicality," as well as, "But I secretly hoped, when it happened to me, there would be no doubt, it would feel like falling.”

The track reflects on the fact that fast love portrayed in something like a Nicholas Sparks novel or a rom-com isn't always an accurate representation of what love actually is.
