Norweigan artist girl in red tells the story of a house party that went off course with new single 'dead girl in the pool'. Released with a video, the track is set to appear on forthcoming release chapter 2, which is a follow-up to debut EP chapter 1. girl in red will also be appearing at The Great Escape festival this week.
On the track, girl in red said, "i started working on this song last summer. i had just had a conversation about perspectives and different narratives that sparked some ideas. then suddenly i had the line "theres a dead girl in the pool" and this little music video of the morning after a party playing in my head. it’s kind of about feelings of anxiety and questioning your identity, and the video will hopefully show that!"
girl in red continues to dominate and 'dead girl in the pool' is yet another impressive release by Norway's shining gem.
