Last week, Irish artist Sorcha Richardson shared her heavenly new single 'Don't Talk About It'. The track is the first to be released from her upcoming debut album First Prize Bravery, which you can expect to hear later this year.
'Don't Talk About It' is a reflective track about tackling situations, even when they scare you. On the single, Richardson said, "It's a song about avoiding conflict and trying to keep the peace, no matter how much you end up sacrificing in order to do so. Sometimes it feels much easier to convince yourself that you're happy in a relationship, or in a city, or in a job, than to admit to yourself that you're not, and to have to drag that problem out the light and deal with it."
Richardson's vocals and impassioned words remain at the forefront of 'Don't Talk About It', with retro rhythms and subtle yet glowing synths lifting her words even higher.
