News: Get Ready, Lewis Capaldi is Heading Back to Australia
Friday, June 28, 2019
Scottish artist and chart-topping superstar Lewis Capaldi has announced his massive return to Australia with a headline tour in Melbourne and Sydney in January 2020. The tour will also include a stopover in Auckland. Because the tour is happening very close to festival season here in Australia, one can only hope that he has a few more appearances up his sleeve — we'll have to watch this space!
It's been a whirlwind of a year for Lewis, who has topped the UK charts with his mighty debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent — which has also been the fastest selling debut album of 2019. The album is also home to spinetingling songs such as his mega-hit 'Someone You Loved', 'Grace', and 'Hold Me While You Wait'. Along with creating passion-fueled music that will give you goosebumps each time, he's also fast becoming loved for his cheeky sense of humour — especially thanks to his always funny Instagram stories.
Presale tickets (via Secret Sounds) will be available 9am Monday, July 1st, with general sale happening the next day at 10am Tuesday, July 2nd.
Tour Dates:
Thursday, January 2nd - Hordern Pavillion, Sydney
Friday, January 3rd - Festival Hall, Melbourne
Tuesday, January 7th - Auckland Town Hall, Auckland
