London's Famous, who recently shared their mini-album England, also unveiled their music video for 'Forever' last month. The track in one of their most tender tracks yet — showcasing another side of the band.

According to vocalist Jack Merrett, 'Forever' was inspired by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's classic novel The Sorrows of Young Werther, which follows the protagonist's misadventures of falling in love: "The more I read, the more the story started to resemble a situation in my own life.  So I took the character’s names and, with that anonymity, was able to speak more cuttingly about my experiences.  This is definitely where Famous is going directionally; gushing, slower songs with a big emphasis on lyricism. It’s ultimately quite a conventional love song, if very grandiose. It’s something I’m very proud of”.

If you like what you hear, be sure to check out the rest of their mini-album England. If you're in London, you can Famous live on June 6th at Sebright Arms.
