London-based artist Joviale has continued her impressive run of singles with her latest track 'Taste of the Heavens'. The track follows in the footsteps of previous singles 'Dreamboat' and 'Ride Away', with all three tracks leading to her highly anticipated debut EP Crisis, which is due for release on September 6th via Blue Flowers Music.
The soulful track is another dazzling and absorbing slice of Joviale's poetic style of songwriting and intricate melodies. The single sees her explore Greek Mythology, the story of Narcissus, and how one can become dangerously obsessed with their own reflection. On the track, Joviale said, "That feeling of obsessional focus becomes what you become dependent on, like whatever substance one needs to
function be it: a social/professional situation or your morning routine. It’s easy to become so overtaken by certain habits you don’t realise they exist...until you relieve yourself from them."
