Last month saw Liz Lawrence unveil her infectious and shimmering anthem 'Navigator' — which is a tune that you'll have on repeat for hours. In even more exciting news, she's announced that her album Pity Party is due for release on October 25th.
The buoyant track is about allowing others in when they offer love and support. Along with channelling feelings of self-realisation, 'Navigator' also has an apologetic tone. The track features words such as, "Gonna wash my mouth / Pray for a better view / When I'm ashamed of myself / For being a dick to you," and "Living ain't easy without my navigator / I've got no leg to stand on but I'd die to see you later / And my living ain't easy without my navigator." The release of the single was also accompanied by the track's music video, which sees Lawrence dancing up a storm on her own in a karaoke booth.
