Lisbon-born and London-based singer-songwriter Maripool shared her single 'Home' recently and get ready to be covered in goosebumps. Maripool is the project of Natasha Simões, who writes and composes her music on her own. The track features on her new EP I See Everything I Know Nothing, which is a follow-up to her EP Adult Weakness last year.
The track is a delicate and honest exploration of home, including the experience of stepping outside of your comfort zone and navigating your way amongst an unfamiliar setting. Natasha's vocals are so stunning that they will make you feel like you're in the middle of a dream sequence. Partnered with her exquisite vocals are brooding instrumentals that amplify the emotions brimming in her lyrics.
