Sometimes you stumble across a song so good that you can listen to it for hours on end and never grow tired of it, for us this week, it's 'Personality Change', which is the latest single by up-and-coming new-wave band
Glove. Hailing from Tampa, the band only have a couple of singles to their name (including previous releases 'Pleasure Intellect' and 'Enervate'), but each track they've released has been just as impressive as the next.
'Personality Change' is a compelling and absorbing track that reflects on ideas of identity and conformity, which are delivered in a sharp and assertive tone. The heavy subject matter of 'Personality Change' is only amplified by the shadowy and racing nature of the instrumentals, including hyperactive 80s-like synths, commanding drums, and enthralling soundscapes.
