It's not every day that you stumble across a debut single as good as 'Now You’re Moving', but Drug Store Romeos have kicked things off in a huge way with their first official release. Released via Fiction, their first official single is an enticing preview of what they've been working on.
Though 'Now You're Moving' marks their first release to the public, Drug Store Romeos have played a number of shows already. Having retreated from playing live for the last nine months, the band have been busy working on an array of new material to share, with 'Now You're Moving' only the beginning of what's to come.
It's an intoxicating track home to smooth and whimsical vocals by vocalist and keys player Sarah, who leaves you hanging onto every word. The instrumentals also work to capture the daydream-like nature of the track. Though 'Now You're Moving' only spans 2:37, it's enough to leave you craving more.
