UK four-piece Weird Milk have been getting a lot of much-deserved love around the world over the past year, including some plays on triple j here in Australia, and yesterday they shared their new single 'Is That Love?'. The track is set to appear on their forthcoming EP, which is due for release at some stage this year.
Weird Milk's charming new single tells the story of a relationship that has run its course. On the track, songwriter and drummer Charlie Glover-Wright said, "The song itself is about a relationship turning sour as a lemon and the main character realising that they don’t need it anymore and they’ll be better off on their own." Along with musing on the aftermath of a break-up, 'Is That Love?' also acknowledges the refreshing feeling of relief when it's all said and done.
