Paris-based trio Oracle Sisters yesterday returned with a brand new single, this time sharing 'Asc. Scorpio'. The track is their first offering for the year, as well as a preview of their much-anticipated debut EP, due for release in the coming months.
The dreamy and enchanting single originally came to life after lead guitarist Lewis was nipped by a scorpion in Jamacia — Lewis returned to Paris after the trip with a new idea for a song, a bug bite, as well as the scorpion as a memento. 'Asc. Scorpio' brings together the band's now signature three-part harmonies, reverbed guitars, warm and breezy vocal harmonies, and shimmering dreamlike charm.
