Up-and-comers Norman have unleashed their mesmerising 10-minute mixtape Songs from the basement, The Old England etc. Their offering sees the band knock down the barriers of genre to present a creation that's entirely their own. Norman will also be playing The Great Escape in Brighton in a few months.

The mixtape was recorded in a basement in Brighton as well as a pub in Bristol. The video takes listeners through different segments, each as eye-catching as the next. The journey begins with a glitchy opening that introduces the band, before moving into the 'Normal Haircut'. Second up in the mixtape is the haunting and ominous sounds of 'Call Me Sentimental'. The mixtape's closer is their otherworldly cut 'New Year's Eve'.

The band have been getting a bit of attention already for their noteworthy live shows and we're intrigued to hear what they have planned next.
