Nottingham band Do Nothing continues their ascent with their newly released single ‘Glueland’ via their own label Exact Truth. The track follows a solid year of new music for the band, which has also included a cover of Will Powers’ ‘Adventures In Success’, as well as their rousing debut EP Zero Dollar Bill

‘Glueland’ was produced by Ali Chant at Toybox Studios in Bristol and mixed by Tom Rees, from Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard.

With the single, they set out to capture the feeling of life becoming stagnant. Chris Bailey from Do Nothing said on the track, “The song refers to the feeling of being stuck in some kind of weird limbo-land. It’s about how rather than being dictated by wild or dramatic decisions, a lot of things (both good and bad) are controlled by this sort of lame jockeying that happens right in the grey dull middle ground of everything. That being said, it’s a fun song and we hope you like it.”
