London-based and Hong Kong-born artist bb sway has returned with a new single, this week unleashing her dreamy track ‘Baby Wants Out of The City’. Her new track is the first to be released via her brand new label home 7476.
The enchanting and whimsical ‘Baby Wants Out of The City’ sees bb sway reflect on her desire to escape the noise of the city and swap her surroundings for a place that's much more inspiring — particularly finding herself drawn to the beaches surrounding Hong Kong.
She said on the track, “This song was particularly inspired by Hong Kong, where high-rise buildings are surrounded by big mountains covered with luscious tropical vegetation, and gnarly roots seep into every concrete crack in the city. Having grown up on an island, I was also always surrounded by the sea, and it wasn’t until after I moved away that I realised how closely I felt connected to it.”
