UK artist Oscar Lang continues his string of impressive releases, this time coming through with his full-throttle new single ’Stuck’. The release of the single coincides with major news about his long-awaited debut album, which has been slated for release on July 16th.
Over the past few years, Oscar Lang has been fearless in his experimental approach with mixing up his sound. Pure ferocity from start to finish, ’Stuck’ is perfect to blast loud and on repeat — it’s chaotic in the best way possible.
According to Lang, the tracks frantic nature reflects the state of boredom and loop of overthinking that he found himself in, “‘Stuck’ is about the feeling of replaying embarrassing situations in your mind to the point where you feel overwhelmed with all the voices in your head.”
Also adding, “I spend a lot of the time re-hashing old experiences and often it means I’m a bit spaced out and can’t pay attention to things because I’m so distracted by my own thoughts. I wanted to express that chaos of all those voices running through my head down into a song.”
Until it’s time to enjoy his album Chew The Scenery in its entirety soon, check out ’Stuck’ below.
